Laser metal cutting
A metalworking technology based on the use of a concentrated high-power light beam. It provides exact cutting of metal with minimal deviations and smooth edges.
Welding
A high-temperature process when two or more metal parts are joined by fusing. The workpieces are heated to the melting point, joined into a single piece with a monolithic structure, and allowed to cool. Electric current or a burner flame can be used for heating.
Metal cold forming
Metal workpieces forming under high pressure without heating, chemical, or other treatment. The shape is pressed onto the metal surface using special stamps.
Metal turnery
Machining of metal parts using special equipment, i.e. turning workstation. The main objective is to give the workpiece the desired shape, size, and surface roughness.
Metal bending
A technological plastic deformation when a flat metal sheet or profile takes a specific shape under forces. When bended, the metal changes its geometry, but its integrity is preserved. This ensures high strength of the finished product.
